Simply fill out the application form provided, and our team will swiftly assess your eligibility, based on either the qualifying benefits or the ECO Flex scheme. The benefits that qualify are as follows:
ECO4 Flex scheme is your alternative, covering up to 50% of energy conservation initiatives in England, Wales, and Scotland. This is for homes with an annual combined income below £31,000 or homes with individuals susceptible to cold due to health reasons.
Local Authorities spearhead the ECO4 Flex scheme, verifying your financial or health qualifications. Complete scheme roll-out is projected by April 2023.
Your grant application will also ascertain if your locality is currently accepting applications.
Besides the above criteria, your residence should also fall within specific energy efficiency bands:
Owner Occupied: Must belong to EPC Band D, E, F, or G
Rental: EPC Bands E, F, or G
Social Housing: Primarily EPC Bands E, F, or G, with limited options for Band D.
